在遞交本表的同時，本人明確表示同意「巴塞香港官方球迷會」（“貴會”）可以使用本人的個人資料以： （a）處理入會申請， （b）提供本人要求的產品及服務， （c）客戶分析及市場調查， （d）就貴會的相關產品、服務、優惠及活動，通過書信、電話、或電子通訊（包括電子郵件及短訊）聯絡本人。 請注意：關於身份證明文件資料由巴塞會方要求作核實身份用途，以及本會會員領取會員證時作核實身份用途，如閣下作失實聲明，本會將取消閣下之會籍而不作另行通知，並保留追究權利。 所有資料絕對保密，只供本會使用，並不會作其他用途。本會之會員証不可轉交他人使用，因轉交他人使用或使用他人之本會會員証而引起法律上之責任，請自行負責。任何人使用優惠時，商舖有權要求持証人出示身份證證明。

While submitting this form, I expressly agree that the "Barça Hong Kong Fan Club Penya Official" (the "Club") can use my personal information to: (a) process membership applications, (b) provide products and services requested by me, (c) Customer analysis and market research, (d) Contact me via letters, phone calls, or electronic communications (including emails and text messages) regarding your club's related products, services, promotions and activities. Please note: Regarding the identification document information required by FC Barcelona for identity verification purposes, and for identity verification purposes when our members receive their membership cards, if you make a false statement, our membership will be canceled without further notice and reserves the right to pursue claims. All information is strictly confidential and will only be used by the association and will not be used for other purposes. Our membership card cannot be transferred to others for use. Please be responsible for any legal liability arising from transferring or using another person's membership card. When anyone uses the discount, the store has the right to require the holder to present ID card.
